As Director of Commercial Excellence at Emerson, Arun leads the deployment of Emerson Lifecycle Services Programs across the Energy sector in UAE, Oman, Yemen, and Lebanon. He specializes in positioning innovative solutions from Emerson’s Automation and Software portfolio to help customers operate their facilities with greater safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

With over 20 years of global experience, Arun has delivered technology-driven solutions and services for clients in Refining, Petrochemical, Gas Processing, and LNG. Previously, as Director of Digital Transformation, he drove customer adoption of digitalization, asset management, asset integrity, and energy optimization strategies, enabling substantial operational value.

Arun’s career includes leadership roles in India, Japan, Qatar, and UAE spanning Industrial Automation, Project Execution, Startup and Commissioning, Maintenance Excellence, Account Management, and Business Development. Known for a “Customer-First” and “Value Creation” mindset, Arun is recognized as a trusted advisor by colleagues and clients alike.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Cloud from IIT-Madras and a B.Tech from GCT-Coimbatore, India.
