Suzilawati, the Technical Capability Manager at Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), possesses a diverse range of expertise, including Talent Management, Project Management, and Strategic Planning. She is currently spearheading an uplift program for the technical workforce, with a particular focus on developing broad-based and systems-thinking talents.

As a member of the Policy, Research and Capability Building Taskforce within the ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE), Suzi plays a crucial role in advancing regional capability for LNG and decarbonization management. Her roles include co-enabling LNG upskilling programs, meaningful experiential learning visit to CCS operations and the methane leadership program for member countries.

Suzi holds a degree in BIT Technology Management from Multimedia University and has earned several professional certificates in leadership and management. She recently completed a program on Business Sustainability Management by the University of Cambridge and was also awarded as one of the Top Individual Performer in PETRONAS Managerial Excellence Program.
