Clint Goodeaux currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Commissioning/Start-Up at KBR, LLC. With a rich experience of 30 years in the petrochemical and LNG industry, he has developed his expertise in operations, commissioning, and start-up. Clint's professional journey began as an Ethylene unit process operator, from where he steadily climbed the corporate ladder to reach management. His career progression led him to spearhead several mega-sized Ethylene and LNG projects as a project lead, representing operations. Throughout these projects, Clint has been involved in all phases, including operations readiness activities, start-up sequences, plot plan layout, document development, review, and approval, PHAs, 3-D model reviews, detailed design activities, and turnaround planning. One of the key contributions of his career has been maintaining efficient plant operations through innovative online cleaning philosophies. These were implemented either during unit turnarounds or in the design basis during project phases. In addition to his operational roles, Clint has also gained substantial experience in Process Safety, thanks to his decade-long active participation as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) member. During this tenure, he earned the status of Professional Interior and Exterior Fire Fighter from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
