Claudio Albanese is currently the Head of Operational Performances for Eni Abu Dhabi Refining & Trading Services.

Claudio is a Chemical Engineer who, after university studies, worked for four years at Technip in Italy and Saudi Arabia as a process engineer and as a start-up engineer.

He then had the privilege of working for over thirty years at ENI as a technology expert, technology manager at the Taranto refinery, and shareholder representative at Bayernoil, PCK, and Ceska Rafinerska.

His current responsibilities include:

• Supporting ADNOC Refining as Eni’s representative in several committees dealing with investments, energy management, HSE, etc.
• Serving as Chairman of the Bayernoil Supervisory Board as Eni’s representative.
