Pierre-Alexandre RIVES, a mechanical engineering graduate from 1987, worked for 34 years at TotalEnergies in disciplines such as safety, environment, field development, operations, maintenance, integrity, and digitalization. He has been assigned with his Family to the UK, in Angola, Congo, and the UAE. Pierre-Alexandre has also carried out missions in most of the countries where TotalEnergies has an operated subsidiary to perform operational reviews.

He served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Abu Al Bukhoosh in the UAE for 6 years. Since 2021, he has been a Senior Advisor for the Lean Operating Model at Adnoc. Pierre-Alexandre is married and has a Son and a Daughter who are also Engineering Graduates.
