Paul Madero is a first-generation American who started his 20-yr. Baker Hughes career in Research and Development, moving on to roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Paul has lived on three continents leading global businesses across the company’s many product lines. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Houston, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University, completed the Duke Global Leadership Program, served on the two JV Boards, and holds several patents. 

Paul has been serving in his current role as SVP of Production Solutions since October 1, 2022 and prior to this was the SVP of Well Construction.
