Mr. Marten Adema currently serves as Strategy and Commercial Director for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) based out of Muscat. He started his career in the Netherlands for Shell in an onshore CCUS project and subsequently took on commercial and operational leadership roles based out of the Middle East, South East Asia and the Americas. He has a track record in closing deals and leading asset transformations in oil, LNG and renewables businesses. He has a passion for developing people and is currently mentoring several young Omani talents.
