Dr. Chenji obtained his PdD degree in the United States in 2013. He is deputy director of development planning department in CNPC RIPED. He is responsible of technical review & approval for all CNPC oilfield development plans. 
He has more than 15 years experience of field development optimization, he was working as reservoir manager of Al Nouf field in ADNOC Onshore for 3 years from Feb 2022 – Jan 2025, and director of technical department of CNPC Abu Dhabi company, deputy chief of Rumaila oilfield technical support team etc.

He was awarded as “China National Model Worker”, “CNPC outstanding contribution award” “CNPC top 10 Younth” according to his distinguish achievement. Meanwhile, he is also an active scholar in oilfield development cagatory. He has published more than 50 papers and 5 monographs, and has been invited as a panel speaker several times.
