Catherine Javaux is TotalEnergies Director of R&D Upstream. In her career she has been exposed to field development, reserves & resources evaluation, monitoring, modelling & simulation, exploration projects & to research in subsurface, through assignments in France, Indonesia, Congo, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates. She led geoscience and reservoir multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in TotalEnergies Headquarters and affiliates; she has been seconded in AdnocOnshore, on South-East asset Group.

Catherine is involved in the TotalEnergies Twice network promoting and supporting women development in the Company.

Catherine Javaux received her PhD in Geology at the University of Burgundy, France, in 1991.
