Rebecca Fitz is BCG’s global lead for Corporate Finance and Strategy (CFS) in Energy, advising leading oil, gas, and energy companies on corporate strategy, portfolio management, shareholder returns, and investor relations. She specializes in performance, sustainability, and competitive benchmarking, helping clients navigate the complexities of a transforming global energy landscape. With deep expertise in portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and execution, Rebecca drives the Energy Practice’s proprietary research on capital allocation. Since 2018, she has led BCG’s annual Energy Value Creator Report, which identifies the strategic levers behind top Total Shareholder Return (TSR) performance. She also spearheads BCG’s financial performance benchmarking for energy clients, focusing in particular on the impact of M&A on portfolio value and outcomes. A founding member of BCG’s Center for Energy Impact (CEI), Rebecca plays a key leadership role in the Seat at the Table program, where she facilitates strategic dialogues with C-suite leaders worldwide to tackle industry-defining challenges. Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector. She previously held senior leadership roles at S&P Global and PFC Energy. She holds an MSc in Economic Development (with merit) from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science (summa cum laude) from the University of Colorado.
