Jumaan A. Zahrani is the Director of the Organization Consulting Department at Saudi Aramco, with over 16 years of experience in operating model design, enterprise transformation, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. He leads cross-functional initiatives in operating models, job evaluation frameworks, process improvement, workforce planning, and change management.

Previously, Jumaan was seconded to the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he contributed to global transformation projects, and deepened his expertise in management consulting.

Jumaan holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Recognized for translating complex transformation initiatives into tangible results, Jumaan plays a pivotal role in shaping the operating model of one of the world’s most influential energy enterprises.
