As Head of IT and Data Governance at Energy Intelligence, he leads the company’s data and technology strategy, modernizing infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, and embedding AI across business operations to enhance efficiency and client value.

Haissam has spearheaded initiatives that include deploying AI-driven content automation, building cloud-based data architectures, and developing AI-powered client platforms that bring 75 years of proprietary Energy Intelligence into the digital age. He holds a Master’s in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley and dual degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Economics from the American University of Beirut.
