He has over 15 years of experience in Management Consulting in the Middle East focused on change management, talent and strategy. He has led multiple programs involving organization transformation in the Energy, Resources and Industrials space with a focus on utilities. Skills deployed on these projects include functional HR knowledge as well as change skills in order to facilitate smooth roll out of large-scale change including systems, structures and processes.
