Magdalena is a key member of AIQ’s executive team, leading the Legal, Governance and Compliance department, where she oversees all governance procedures. Magdalena previously served in ADNOC’s Legal Governance and Compliance directorate, acting as sole IT counsel for ADNOC and its 16 group companies on digital transformation, data protection, and security. With years of advisory experience in the UAE and extensive international expertise, Magdalena has worked across public and private sectors, with a focus on the ICT industry. Her specialties include the legalities of IT integration and implementation, strategic IT and business process outsourcing, cloud services, data management, licensing, and support agreements. Admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales in 2012, she holds a postgraduate law degree and trained at Shoosmiths LLP, qualifying in Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing.
