Dr. Bo Lu has 20+ years of experiences in oil and gas industry. His career started with BP America as a reservoir engineering across multiple function teams. He joined Noble Energy in 2014 as a petroleum engineering advisor and moved to various of management roles across different business units. In 2016, Dr. Lu founded UltRecovery Corporation which is specialized in Enhanced Oil Recovery with indigenous microbes in oil reservoirs, the company was acquired by a publicly listed service company in the US. Dr. Lu joined TET as VP BD and Application in 2024, where he oversees BD and project implementations in international market. Dr. Lu obtained a Doctoral Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas, and master’s degree in geology from Petroleum University of China.
