Giuseppina Ragone, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Portfolio for the International Exploration and Production in Equinor. She has a MSc in Chemical Engineering, a MA in Energy and Environmental Policy from University of Delaware (USA), and she is a Fulbright scholar. She has a broad experience in the oil and gas industry. Previous to her current role, she was VP Strategy Projects in Corporate Strategy, VP Asset Management in the Mid and Downstream segment; and has held other professional and leadership roles in Equinor, mainly in Market Analysis, Business development and Refining. Prior to moving to Norway in 2008, she was commercial and technical representative for Equinor’s business in Venezuela. Before joining Equinor in 2006, she worked with Sincor and PDVSA. During those years, she held different leadership and professional positions in market analysis, oil trading, investment portfolio optimization, and refining process engineering.
