Chris is the Chief Executive Officer of Worley, a global professional services company of energy, chemicals, and resources experts. Worley partners with customers to deliver projects and create value throughout the lifecycle of their assets. The company is at the forefront, addressing some of the biggest and most complex energy, chemicals and resources projects in the world spanning traditional, transitional and sustainable projects. We are bridging two worlds, leveraging our strength across all of these markets, bringing together specialist capability for full implementation of major, complex projects and programs from concept to completion. Chris joined Worley in 1998 and has held numerous leadership roles as the company evolved through acquisition and organic growth. Before becoming CEO in 2020, Chris was Chief Operating Officer responsible for the integration of the ECR business and setting the strategy for Worley’s transformation. Prior to this, he was Group Managing Director for Major Projects and Integrated Solutions overseeing growth and performance, including Worley’s fabrication businesses, and the Global Delivery Center. Chris has also held executive roles with responsibility for operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the power sector globally. Chris’ tenure as CEO is marked by an acceleration of the company’s transformation strategy, focused on tackling some of the planet’s biggest challenges. Leading the brightest minds with the best technology, Chris is a passionate advocate for STEM learning and believes the engineers of the future have a crucial role in developing game-changing technologies and solutions.
