He also leads Deloitte’s Global Offshore Oil & Gas Centre of Excellence, focusing on optimizing core operations. With over 20 years of experience in the energy, natural resources, and industrial sectors, Johannes has successfully overseen projects that delivered significant bottom-line improvements. A recognized writer, speaker, and facilitator, Johannes helps clients navigate the energy transition toward a low-carbon economy. In collaboration with Deloitte's Center for the Edge, he leads C-suite dialogues, addressing key challenges such as climate change and energy transition, and transforming them into business opportunities. Johannes holds a PhD in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen, Norway.
