Dean Watson has recently been appointed the CEO of Enersol, a joint venture between ADNOC Drilling and Alpha Dhabi, with a mandate to advance Enersol’s position as a global energy asset services company by investing in technology and data-driven solutions.

Previously, he was CEO of Joulon, a KKR company, where he now serves as Chairman.

Prior to that, Watson was the COO of Aker Solutions for 4.5 years, where he led operations, along with key functions such as QHSE, HR, IT, SCM.

He previously had a 21-year extensive career with Schlumberger, spanning several countries, including USA, China, Algeria, France, Russia, and the UK. He held a variety of executive leadership, operations management and product development roles.

Watson has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK.

He enjoys playing golf, running and skiing, as well as spending time with his wife and three sons.
