Simon Jagers is the founder and co-CEO of Samotics, an AI technology company specializing in condition monitoring for hard-to-reach industrial assets. Samotics is the global leader in Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) technology, helping over 100 clients—including major players in energy, water, chemicals, and infrastructure—reduce unplanned downtime, improve efficiency, and unlock critical insights from AC motors and rotating equipment.

He serves on the board of the World Class Maintenance foundation. Before founding Samotics, he held senior commercial roles at Dell, Oracle, and EMC.
