Pierre joined TotalEnergies in 1999 as process engineer at Leuna Refinery. He held several positions in Germany and UK in production planning and in operations, then in the company head office as asset manager and technical support coordination ; since 2023 he is in charge of the industrial performance of TotalEnergies’ Middle & Asia Refining and Petrochemicals plants.
