Jérôme joined TotalEnergies in 2007. He held several positions at the Normandy Platform: first as Maintenance Manager, then as Project Manager for the NewLub project, and finally, from 2011 to 2015, as Major Shutdowns Project Manager. In 2016, he became the Head of the Maintenance Department at the Lindsey refinery in the United Kingdom and a member of the management committee. In 2020, he moved to EP and took over the management of the offshore installation of the Culzean field in the North Sea. Since June 2023, he has been serving as the Digital Transformation Officer of RC.
