Elham Nissar Mahajan is a Mechanical Engineering graduate currently serving in the Procurement Development Department (PDD) at Engineers India Limited (EIL). In her role, she is responsible for the enlistment of contractors and suppliers into EIL’s Master Contractor List (MCL) and Master Supplier List (MSL), which involves the evaluation of technical competence, past performance, financial capacity, and other relevant credentials of each contractor or supplier. She plays a key role, alongside her team, in ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance within EIL’s procurement framework.
