Torben holds a PHD in process engineering from the Technical University of Munich and has more than 12 years of professional experience in olefin technologies.

He joined Linde Engineering in 2012 and worked as Process Engineer in leading function for the design of large olefin plants, including Steam Cracker, Catalytic Dehydrogenation & Butadiene Extraction.

Since 2022, his role changed to Product Management of Sustainable Olefin Technologies, where he is passionate about technology innovations and solutions to reach societies ambitious decarbonization targets.

Torben is co-inventor of more than 15 patents and patent applications in the field of petrochemical plant design and operation.
