Ai Wei Chua is the Leader of Sustainable Technology Solutions at Honeywell UOP, covering the MENA region. She leads commercial strategy for decarbonization projects, including SAF and carbon capture. Previously based in APAC, she managed grassroots and revamp projects across refining, petrochemicals, and sustainability. Before UOP, Ai Wei held technical roles at ExxonMobil in process design and safety. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Birmingham, UK, and brings a blend of technical depth and commercial insight to advancing energy transition across emerging markets.
