Ruth is a senior HR leader with over 15 years of international experience spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. At Kent, she leads the People & Culture function across the EMEA region, working with leadership teams to strengthen organisational capability and enable business transformation through people. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD). With a broad HR generalist background, Ruth has led initiatives in talent management, diversity and inclusion, performance management, organisational design, and large-scale transformation. Known for her pragmatic approach and ability to navigate complex change, she is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive and deliver lasting impact.
