She manages Executive Performance measurements to ensure linking to business outcomes, shareholder expectations and role remits. Currently, she is spearheading a multimillion-dollar program in enhancing the market competitiveness of companies within the ADNOC value chain. Ayesha manages stakeholders within and outside the ADNOC value chain who are currently in key decision-making roles within the Government of Abu Dhabi. She also manages stakeholders across borders to ensure ADNOC’s case for value creation is intact. She has been a consistent top performer, helping ADNOC to drive growth and efficiency.
