Rickard Martensson is the Head of Growth at SteerAI, where he is responsible for leading commercial strategy and customer growth initiatives. He brings deep international experience in scaling technology companies and has held senior roles across Europe and Asia. Prior to his time at SteerAI, Rickard worked for Einride, a Swedish company focused on sustainable freight technology, where he led go-to market initiatives and business expansion. He also served as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, advising clients on business growth, product innovation, and commercial strategy. Rickard holds a Master of Letters in Finance and Management from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. He is also a licensed commercial pilot and an avid sailor.
