Gino Hernandez is the Global Digital Business Leader for ABB Energy Industries. Gino owns the full business responsibility of the digital business including vision, strategy, performance and investments. Prior to ABB, he founded and started two Digital Tech companies, Colexas Digital Inc (2018), digital IOT services company, and Lavoro Technologies Inc (2015), energy SaaS company. Prior to ABB, he ran Rockwell Automation’s Global Oil & Gas business as the Managing Director. In additional roles at Rockwell Automation, he ran business units in China and North America. Prior to Rockwell Automation, Gino worked for IBM for ten years where he held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in the global sales, software and global service businesses. Gino holds an Industrial Distribution degree from the Dwight Look College of Engineering School at Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on finance from the Jones School of Business at Rice University.
