While tackling the growing complexity of today's challenges, his distinctive performance-driven leadership has been aided by his ability to take a systems-thinking and applied outcomes approach. Infrastructure Advisory consists of three key service areas focused on meeting clients’ needs in the areas of strategic advisory, resiliency and security, and asset lifecycle management. The Infrastructure Advisory team is focused on BV's goal of "Leading Clients into Tomorrow" by bringing unparalleled depth of Market, Solution and Project Execution knowledge from seasoned dedicated experts in each pillar. Most recently, Charlie served as an innovation and consulting leader at Deloitte in Houston, where he focused on digital, AI, value chain optimization, climate change and energy transition. Throughout his career, he has excelled in delivering meaningful results and growing new service offerings in complex business initiatives.
