Andrey Maksimov is Managing Director of AIRMO MENA, driving satellite and drone-based methane monitoring across the GCC to support regulators and oil & gas majors in meeting climate compliance goals. A seasoned space entrepreneur, he previously founded Precious Payload, a launch-booking platform. With a track record of raising venture capital, scaling deep-tech startups, and mentoring in leading international space accelerators, he bridges business and technology. Andrey is also pursuing a PhD studies researching AI-driven multi-sensor fusion for environmental monitoring.
