Annexed to the Middle East Energy Club (MEEC) is the Leadership Suite; a purpose built structure designed specifically to host the Leadership Roundtables and is only accessible to invited attendees.

The host sponsor of the Leadership Suite will receive branding, recognition and exposure before, during and after the 2022 edition of ADIPEC. This includes and is not limited to:

Pre-ADIPEC:

The host sponsor will also have its alignment with the Leadership Suite amplified by having its logo included on:

• An official announcement of the Leadership Suite sponsorship across multiple digital marketing channels such as social media, emails and webpages for the roundtables
• Printed and digital marketing collateral used to promote the series of Leadership Roundtables not individual roundtables
• Relevant sections of brochures produced to promote the exhibition, conferences (Strategic and Technical) and the Middle East Energy Club

During ADIPEC:

As the host sponsor of the Leadership Suite, the host sponsor will be able to:

• Provide ADIPEC with branded stationary (such as notepads and pens) and a brochure that are to be set out in each of the seats prior to start of each roundtables
• Nominate a member of its senior management team senior participate in each of the roundtables by recommending who would be the most appropriate executive to be invited. Please note that nominated executive must meet the invitation criteria for each of the roundtables

Receive recognition and exposure of its sponsorship by having its logo on:

• TV screens within the Leadership Suite during the roundtables
• Placards on the internal wall(s) in the main reception area that are in keeping with overall design of the Leadership Suite
• External façade above the main doors leading in to the Leadership Suite facing the MEEC

Post ADIPEC:

The host sponsor will also receive recognition across multiple digital marketing channels such as social media, emails and webpages for the roundtables and ADIPEC promoting the series of Leadership Roundtables.
