16th ANNUAL ADNOC DRILLING/ DNV GL
REGIONAL RIG OWNERS SEMINAR, 2020
THURSDAY 12 NOVEMBER 2020
Strengthening Resilience in Unprecedented Times
The Rig Owners’ Seminar is an annual event held on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC).
ADNOC, as a global energy leader, convenes the seminar, which is in its 16th year this year. It serves as a vital platform for global rig owners and classification bodies, operating companies, and marine and offshore service providers to exchange knowledge and share best practices to enhance drilling operational efficiency, rig and asset integrity, and HSE performance.
ADNOC Drilling, an Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) subsidiary, is organizing the 16th Rig Owners’ Seminar in cooperation with DNV GL, an international accredited registrar and classification society headquartered in Norway.
This year, the theme is ‘Strengthening Resilience in Unprecedented Times’ and topics to be discussed relate to ensuring business continuity and resilience during these unprecedented times, 100% HSE, and industry best practices.
Established in 1972, ADNOC Drilling provides drilling rigs and associated services to ADNOC Group companies.
ADNOC Drilling was the first venture under ADNOC ownership and is now the largest drilling company in the Middle East. The company, to date, has drilled over 9,000 wells and more than 65 million feet.
