Eiman has more than 15 years of industry experience in leading large and impactful transformations that have generated tremendous value to the organization, her key strengths include leading cross functional complex projects, managing change and organizational transformation, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning with key stakeholders on the effective execution of innovative solutions. As a commercially focused strategic and innovative leader with deep HR expertise, Eiman has a proven track record of new company formations, mergers and acquisitions, operating model transformations, workforce and financial planning, and driving organizational optimization and efficiency. Her recent achievement is the successful implementation of the ADNOC Group Shared Services model, creating one of the biggest shared services hubs in the region with c. 8000 in scope staff, resulting in 30% efficiency improvement with significant cost reduction and financial savings. Her achievements also include delivering the 2030 vision of the company’s operating model and organization structure by enabling the seamless transformation towards a Global Energy company, through the management and acceleration of future skills, cultural transformation, and the revamp of the employee value proposition. Eiman is the Group Human Capital Strategy & Organization Effectiveness Senior Vice President of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), one of the world's leading energy producers with a workforce of circa 45000 employees and a primary catalyst of the growth and diversification of the Abu Dhabi economy. Eiman is an active member of the CIPD UAE Advisory Committee that aims to inform and support organizations to shape an inspiring vision to improve their activities and ensure the information and expertise are always relevant and useful to the people profession. She serves as a member of the Group Human Capital Senior Leadership Team and is a regular contributor to numerous ADNOC Board and Executive Committees, steering group-wide Human Capital strategies. She is a champion for empowering UAE talent, nationalization and youth development, as well as a coach and mentor in the acceleration of gender diversity, inclusion and ESG. Eiman is regularly invited as a speaker and panelist at influential external events including ADIPEC, Gender Balance and HR Industry Events and Summits. Eiman holds an MBA and BS in Business Sciences & HRM and is currently working towards her CFA. She holds Executive Certifications from Harvard Business School and London Business School and is certified in Project Management. Eiman is a graduate of ADNOC’s prestigious Future Leaders Program of Top Youth Leaders and was trained in Sheik Mohamed bin Rashed School of Leaders and Diplomats.
