Wei Zhang, Senior Engineer, currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of the Exploration and Development Department of CNOOC. Wei has been engaged in offshore oil and gas field development, production, and engineering construction for nearly 30 years, accumulating solid research and management capabilities in the industry. He has successfully promoted the production of multiple oil fields and the operation of CCS in Enping 15-1 oil field.
