Lean In Equity & Sustainability is an independent gender diversity and inclusion initiative operating under the LeanIn.Org umbrella. We are a member-centric, diverse, international network of women and allies supporting and empowering women to achieve their ambitions. Our mission is to empower women in male-dominated sectors to build a sustainable future. Our guiding principles are built on three key Pillars of UN Sustainable development goals: SDG5 (People), SDG7 (Purpose) and SDG13 (Planet).
