Abu Dhabi, UAE – 15 February 2022 – dmg events, in conjunction with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and other key energy industry stakeholders announced, today, the 2022 edition of ADIPEC to take place from October 31 to November 3.
The decision to bring forward the opening of the world’s most influential energy conference and exhibition means ADIPEC 2022 will preceed the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27), to be held, in Egypt, from November 7-18.
Enabling unprecedented access to the latest industry knowledge, technical expertise, applications, products, solutions and services, ADIPEC 2022’s comprehensive strategic and technical conferences will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas with key decision makers from national and international energy companies, along with technical, engineering and supply chain experts and tech start-ups at the cutting edge of the energy transition.
Meanwhile, ADIPEC 2022’s expanded exhibition will bring together operating companies, suppliers, manufacturers and service companies, to network with existing and new customers, source new products and services and conclude the trade deals that will enable the energy industry to maximise future growth opportunities.
Christopher Hudson, President of dmg events, said: “ADIPEC 2022 will provide an exceptional platform for the energy industry to convene and share the strategic thinking and solutions transforming the production and supply of energy as global economies shift towards net-zero. Policy makers, energy CEOs and industry professionals will come together to discuss the energy trends, policies and geopolitics influencing that journey.
“ADIPEC 2022 will also provide unique opportunities for energy industry professionals to engage with the post pandemic challenges around security of supply, affordability and sustainability around the industry’s response to new energy realities, as it positions itself for sustainable growth and long-term success.”
Organised by dmg events, ADIPEC 2022 will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi. Hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), ADIPEC 2022 is supported by the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Department of Municipalities and Transport, the Abu Dhabi Chamber, the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism and the Department of Education and Knowledge.
