Ali Ahmed Foolathi

Ali Ahmed Foolathi is Senior Vice President, Procurement Excellence and In Country Value, at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). He is responsible for driving commerciality, procurement excellence & governance, and In-Country Value across the ADNOC Group through development of Group level procurement strategies, policies, procedures and procurement KPI’s. Ensures long term strategies for the Commercial and In-Country Value Strategies Directorate aligned with ADNOC’s Strategy, and drives its implementation. Oversees the Cost & budget, quality management, and governance related activities for the Directorate. With 15 years of experience, Ali started his career with ADNOC in 2005 as Quality Engineer in ADNOC Onshore. Led and participated in different Procurement tender boards, he is a certified lead auditor in ADNOC for ISO, EFQM and IRCA. Ali holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Executive Master of Business Administration from Higher College of Technology, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
