Shilpa Singh is General Manager in Heat Transfer department of Engineers India Limited, INDIA. She leads a team of chemical engineers involved in grass root designs, revamp studies and efficiency improvement projects for fired heater systems. She holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and she has over 24 years of experience in this field.

Multiple technical papers published by her in reputed oil and gas journals like FIPI, PTQ, Hydrocarbon Processing and Hydrocarbon Engineering address critical fired heaters aspects like integration with Overall Process objectives, high hydrogen fuel gas firing impact on fired heater operation, Decarbonisation and Savings through subtle operational adjustments of fired heaters.

During such vast working experience, she and her team has handled fired heater projects that include wide array of activities ranging from concept to commissioning, variety of Refinery and Petrochemical furnaces, straight-forward as well as complex configurations, challenging revamps/troubleshooting activities and offer intelligent solutions for efficient operation.
