Samantha has nearly 30 years’ experience at Fluor leading studies and EPC projects in the Energy and Chemicals arena. She is a fellow in process simulation with expertise in gas plant and NGL fractionation.
Samantha considers her particular skills to be conceptualizing, predicting high-level process engineering outcomes, and understanding interdependence within processing facilities.
More recently Samantha has been part of Fluor’s global network looking at sustainable energy and in particular the hydrogen economy, leading the hydrogen team in the UK. She is part of an IChemE collaboration benchmarking electrolyser technology and of the GPA Europe Hydrogen KSI group. She has been supporting the University of Surrey with engineering scale-up and design aspects of novel hydrogen technologies.
Samantha is a Fluor Technical Fellow and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. She is on the board of the GPA Europe and a DIPPR representative with AIChE.
