With 25 years of experience in digital fields, spanning from automation to advanced process control, Marcus is now leading several teams to deliver business value through digital transformation. This includes being a programme manager for the cross functional Borstar® Digital Twin programme, where also machine learning and advanced simulation models play key roles in transposing process know-how and expertise to digital end-user value. Marcus has also been driving advanced training projects, where technology is only successful if implemented with behavioural and operational practise understanding.
