Manuela Nimmervoll

Manuela Nimmervoll finished her studies in Technical Chemistry at TU Vienna in September 2016 as a Master of Science, with a focus on high-performance materials. During studying she worked at the Austrian Institute of Technology (Electrochemistry) and at Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Experimental and Clinical Traumatology (Biochemistry), where she assisted in diverse projects. In July 2017, she joined the company Borealis, where she worked as a production engineer in a polypropylene plant. After two years at Borealis, she decided to do her PhD at Montanistic University Leoben, which she started in cooperation with OMV Downstream GmbH in August 2019 in the field of high-temperature corrosion. In April 2022 she joined the OMV Downstream GmbH in Schwechat (AUT), where she works now as an expert/process engineer with a focus on plastic to oil technology and innovation management.
