Eduardo Robaina B.E. in Mechanical Engineering has over 22 years of experience in operations, project development and well detail designs. His experience includes design and execution of subsea (deep water) gas and oil developments, artificially lifted, onshore, heavy oil developments, to asset decommissioning and repurposing opportunities into Carbon Capture Sequestration.

Eduardo’s has evolved from being an accomplished Senior Oil and Gas Engineer to leading a multifaceted Norwegian engineering consultancy as the EVP of Operations for Add Energy. Eduardo has been able to demonstrate sound commercial acumen and broader business understanding that has enabled his successful transition from performing purely technical engineering work to now servicing a range of top tier clients in the Petroleum and Renewable sector, covering a broad spectrum of general management activities from contract negotiation, staffing management, business development, profitability and revenue management, client and stakeholder management and project execution.

Over the past 15 years, Eduardo and the team have developed a strong reputation and positive experience in the Australian energy operational sector, with key focus on team management, performance improvement and revenue growth. The team have worked hard maintaining a sustainable business throughout the energy market correction, with tangible revenue growth and company expansion.

Eduardo is also have been a key member of elite sporting organizations, senior member of Top Tier Energy businesses and owner of a consulting firm.
