Daniel Schwappach

Daniel Schwappach is head of Sustainable Energy Systems for Middle East and Africa of Siemens Energy since October 2022. In his previous job he was head of consulting solutions for energy system design and the development of digital applications for the hydrogen and PtX business of Siemens Energy. He has more than 12 years of experience in the power generation and hydrogen business in the areas of new plant business and services with various national and international positions in project management, sales, business development, product and solutions development. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a master of business administration. Daniel is a PhD student at the University of Bamberg at the department of General Psychology and Methodology with a focus on green hydrogen ecosystems.
