Zainab Al Jneibi

With over nine years of experience in the Human Resources field, Zainab Al Jneibi is currently the Planning & Excellence Manager at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focused on Management.

Zainab started her career at ADNOC Offshore in 2013, focusing on projects staffing and manpower contracts administration. As she progressed, she became more involved in Employee Relations and Employee Experience.

Through her job role & assignments she gained skills in defining employee needs, identifying areas to improve that enhance their experience which further enabled her in developing a more customer-centric perception.

Her current role involves business planning, performance reporting, and ensuring service excellence withing the Group Human Capital Shared Services at ADNOC.
