Samantha Kamanzi is a Ugandan professional with over ten years experience in facilitating and participating in engagements within a complex oil development project. A passionate champion on issues related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). She led the development of the Uganda National Oil Company DEI Policy, Strategy and Implementation Plan.
She has taken part in negotiations with Government agencies and Joint Venture Partners on Work Programs, Budgets, Local Content and Commercial aspects.
She carried out Business Strategic Analysis for an infant National Oil Company with a focus on long term sustainability.
She possess a good understanding of key advanced business concepts and their applicability in the day to day running of an organisation.
