Ali Houjeij

Ali Houjeij is a Principal with BCG Middle East. For the past 10+ years, he has been working with public, private, and non-governmental organizations across Middle East, Europe, and the US with a focus on Energy, Sustainability, and Digital.

In addition to supporting clients, Ali leads several internal initiatives within BCG. He supports local and regional learning and development initiatives, assists in onboarding new joiners into the life of consulting, and helps consultants navigate their careers through continuous mentorship. Ali is also a trained coach, helping teams manage difficult project situations and working out tailor-made solutions for each scenario.

Ali holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and has also worked as a software engineer and an academic researcher.
