IMPORTANT ENTRY GUIDELINES TO ADNEC

  • Only fully vaccinated attendees will be permitted entry to the venue
  • All attendees must present a Negative PCR Test Result received no longer than 96 hours (4 days).

Please note: In the case of any technical issues with Al Hosn App or if the vaccine is not listed on the ICA website, please have the following documents ready for checking at the Entry Checkpoints before entering the venue: 

International Attendees

  • Any form of Photo ID (E.g. Passport, driver’s license etc)
  • Print out of your full vaccination certificate
  • Print out of your negative PCR test result (Only valid within the last 96 hours)
  • Alternatively, COVID-19 Track & Trace Application from your country of origin that shows your full vaccination status & valid PCR test within the last 96 hours 

GCC Attendees – Excluding UAE

  • Covid-19 Track & Trace Application from your country of origin that shows your full vaccination status & valid PCR test within the last 96 hours  
  • Printed copy of your negative PCR test taken within the last 96 hours 

UAE Nationals & Residents

  • The Al Hosn App that shows a Green QR code, your full vaccination (or exemption) & a negative PCR test within the last 96 hours

ONSITE PCR TESTING FACILITY

PCR testing facilities will be available throughout the venue on a walk-in basis. The facilities will be open from 07:00 to 23:00 throughout the event.
To process your PCR test, UAE Citizens/Residents will need to present an Emirates ID and International travelers will need to show the original or copy of their passport. PCR tests will not be processed without any identification.

PCR testing prices

  • Normal PCR NS/TS: result within 16 hours - 50AED
  • Urgent PCR NS/TS: result within 8 hours - 100AED
  • Fast Track PCR NS/TS: result within 2 - 3 hours - 250AED
  • Top priority PCR NS/TS: result within 1 hour - 400AED

  • A PCR test on arrival, a 10-day quarantine period and another PCR test on day 9.
  • The protocol applies to vaccinated UAE citizens and residents as well as visitors to Abu Dhabi.

How do I register for the Al Hosn app?.

Before departing for Abu Dhabi, visitors can register in the “register arrivals” section on the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship ICA app or website (www.ica.gov.ae), submit the required information on the form, and upload international vaccination certificates. Visitors will receive a text message that includes a link to download Al Hosn app..

On arrival in Abu Dhabi, visitors will receive a Unified Identification Number (UID) https://www.gdrfad.gov.ae/en/find-my-uid through the application or the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship ICA (www.ica.gov.ae) website that is linked to the phone number registered when having a PCR test in the UAE.

Visitors will then receive a One Time Password to complete the registration on the Al Hosn app, using the UID and phone number used for ICA registration or when taking a PCR test in the UAE. The Al Hosn app is used to display your health status, vaccination information, PCR test results, travel information and your unique QR code.

You will be required to show your Al Hosn app for verification of the status of your vaccination against COVID-19 and the validity of your RT-PCR test result in order to gain entry to public offices and venues. The aim of the protocol is to ease restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and enhance safe movement and tourism in the country..

Will social distancing be implemented at ADIPEC?

Yes. Social distancing measures at ADIPEC will be carried out according to the protocols and guidelines from the UAE’s National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority.

SANITISING AND HYGIENE

Badges

Entry badges must be printed at home prior to entry to ADIPEC.

There will be no onsite badge printing.

ADIPEC will provide fully sanitised lanyards and plastic pouches for badges onsite.

Masks

Wearing a face mask is mandatory in all public places, including ADIPEC.

Masks will be available for purchase at the venue.

Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser will be made available free of charge throughout the venue.

Venue sanitisation

The entire event venue will be sanitised in accordance with UAE government protocols and guidelines.
