STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO ADD ADDITIONAL TEAM MEMBERS AND SCAN QUALIFIED LEADS
Activating Your Account and Adding Additional Team Members
Log in to the ‘Event Manager’ dashboard (https://www.adipec.com/eventmanager) using the provided login credentials
Once an exhibitor logs in to the 'Event Manager' dashboard. Click on the 'Edit' option and select the option 'Add Team Members'. This option will allow exhibitors to add multiple team members. Simply add the First Name, Last Name and the email address of the team members. The invitee will receive an invitation from wherein, they can set up their account and create personalised log in credentials.
Scanning Leads via the Mobile App
Download the latest ADIPEC 2018 Mobile app from GooglePlay Store or iOS App Store
Log in to the app using the provided login credentials:
To scan leads, exhibitors are requested to click on the ‘Menu’ on the bottom right corner and select on the 'Lead Scanning’ option and start scanning the leads.
Note - The log in credentials for the team members will be the ones that they have created while setting up their account.
Please note, if you have already downloaded the app, please make sure that you have the updated version of the app.
Exhibitors are requested to be connected to the internet while scanning the leads
Two Ways to Review Scanned Leads
Option 1: On Your Desktop
In order to review and download the scanned leads, the main contact person will log in to the ‘Event Manager’ dashboard (https://www.adipec.com/eventmanager) using the same log in credentials.
Click on the ‘Leads’ option to access and download the leads.
Option 2: On Your Phone
In the leads tab of the mobile app, click in the top right corner on the 'Download Button'. The leads can be sent directly to your email in excel format, or opened on your phone.
