ORLEN Unipetrol
He joined the ORLEN Unipetrol group in March 2018 as the deputy chairman of the board of directors. Since July 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Board and CEO. He is the vice-chairman of the Club of Polish Capital in the Czech Republic, the vice-chairman of the board of the Chemical Industry Association and the vice-president of the Czech Institute of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where he studied business management between 1999 and 2005. He graduated from the Executive MBA international management program at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy in 2021.
Under his leadership, the integration process of the ORLEN Unipetrol group into the ORLEN group was completed. The group also intensified its activities in the area of greening, renewable resources and circular economy in the refining and petrochemical segments.
